Work closely with sales and management teams to provide a seamless customer experience. Maintain accurate records and reports related to F&I transactions. Negotiate with lenders and insurance providers to obtain the best rates and terms. Requirements
Proven experience as an F&I Manager in a new car dealership environment. Strong knowledge of vehicle financing, insurance products, and regulatory requirements. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. High level of integrity and professionalism.
