RPA Solution Lead - Onsite in Houston, TX

Advanced UiPath Development & Solution Delivery

• Design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise-grade automations using UiPath.
• Lead the technical implementation of complex automation programs while remaining hands-on in development activities.
• Convert business requirements into scalable technical designs and solution architecture documents.
• P&C Insurance
• Develop reusable automation frameworks, libraries, and components.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, development best practices, and Governance, Security, Operational processes.
• Troubleshoot production issues and drive root cause analysis and permanent fixes.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and infrastructure teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Support UAT, deployment, hypercare, and production stabilization activities

Required Skills

• UiPath Advanced Developer Certification (Mandatory)
• UiPath Specialized AI Professional Certification
• Familiarity with other RPA tools is an advantage (but not a must)
