Senior Salesforce Developer

RESPONSIBILITIES

Kforce has a client in need of a Senior Salesforce Developer in Boston, MA.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, and support ecommerce applications using Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and SFRA
• Build scalable, maintainable, and unit-testable web solutions
• Perform code reviews and promote development best practices
• Develop responsive front-end functionality using JavaScript ES6, HTML5, and CSS3
• Configure and support functionality within SFCC Business Manager
• Build and maintain integrations with REST and SOAP APIs, including authentication and data transformation
• Participate throughout the full software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and production support
• Ensure solutions follow established security, architecture, coding, resiliency, and documentation standards
• Evaluate ecommerce solutions and provide technical design recommendations
• Integrate application components while maintaining overall architectural consistency
• Collaborate with developers, business partners, and other technical teams to deliver ecommerce enhancements

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years of professional web development experience
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC)
• Experience with or strong knowledge of Storefront Reference Architecture (SFRA)
• Strong proficiency with JavaScript ES6, HTML5, and CSS3
• Experience configuring and working within SFCC Business Manager
• Experience integrating REST and SOAP web services
• Knowledge of API authentication and data transformation practices
• Understanding of web application security and protecting sensitive ecommerce data
• Experience with version control and collaborative software development practices
• Familiarity with GitHub Copilot and Microsoft Copilot
• Strong understanding of scalable application design, coding standards, testing, and code-review practices
• Strong communication, collaboration, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
