Testing Lead

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies, with experience across functional, integration, browser/device compatibility, accessibility, and UAT testing
• Excellent communication and attention to detail; candidate must be local to the Boston, MA area
• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in software testing and 2+ years leading test teams on large, multi-team projects.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience leading testing efforts within large enterprise organizations or complex multi-team environments
• Broad testing experience across the full software development lifecycle.
