We are currently seeking a Licensed Insurance Sales Producer who is passionate, self-driven, and a natural-born salesperson. Responsibilities
Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, networking, and lead follow-up
Quote and sell Farmers Insurance products including auto, home, life, and commercial policies
Conduct needs-based consultations to recommend appropriate coverage and close sales
Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention, cross-selling, and referrals
Meet or exceed monthly sales goals, KPIs, and performance metrics
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and pipeline activity in the agency CRM
Requirements
PC Licensed in Texas Required
Coachable, self-motivated, and resourceful with a strong willingness to learn and grow in a sales-driven environment
Positive, high-energy attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-based culture
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident and professional phone presence
Highly organized with the ability to multi-task, follow up consistently, and manage a high volume of leads
Resilient and competitive mindset with the ability to handle rejection and stay focused on hitting goals
Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and responsive, with strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to excellent service
