Solution Architect

Job Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end technology solutions that align with business objectives, irrespective of the technology stack.
• Collaborate with clients and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions.
• Lead solutioning activities for new opportunities, proposals, RFPs/RFIs, and pre-sales engagements.
• Prepare solution architecture documents, technical proposals, effort estimations, and high-level designs.
• Provide architectural guidance and technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, frameworks, cloud platforms, and integration approaches.
• Work closely with delivery, engineering, and project teams to ensure successful implementation of proposed solutions.
• Conduct solution presentations, architecture reviews, and technical workshops with clients and internal teams.
• Identify opportunities for business growth within existing accounts and proactively drive new engagements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to drive innovation.
• Contribute to organizational assets, reusable frameworks, and architecture standards.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 18+ years of overall IT experience with at least 3–5 years in Solution Architecture or Technical Consulting.
• Strong experience in designing enterprise solutions across multiple technologies and platforms.
• Proven ability to lead solutioning activities independent of specific technology stacks.
• Experience in client-facing roles with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong pre-sales experience, including proposal preparation, effort estimation, and solution presentations.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Understanding of enterprise architecture, application integration, APIs, databases, security, and modern software development practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to identify business opportunities and work closely with sales and account management teams to drive growth.
• Excellent presentation, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant architecture or cloud certifications (e.g., TOGAF, Azure, AWS) are preferred.
