Hiring: SAP Enterprise / Solution Architect – Manufacturing | Global Template & Rollout

Location: Remote

Contract:  12+ Months 

We are looking for a highly experienced SAP Enterprise / Solution Architect with strong Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and EWM expertise to support regional SAP rollout and global template initiatives.

Role Focus

The ideal candidate will have broad functional expertise across:

• Order-to-Cash (O2C)

• Procure-to-Pay (P2P)

• Record-to-Report (R2R)

• Plan-to-Deliver (P2D) / Extended Warehouse Management (EWM)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead/co-lead solution design and cross-functional workshops.

• Gather business requirements and define As-Is / To-Be processes.

• Drive regional SAP rollout activities across the Americas.

• Adapt global SAP templates to regional/local business requirements.

• Provide hands-on configuration expertise across SAP S/4HANA and ECC.

• Work across SD, MM, FI-CO, PP, and EWM.

• Ensure seamless integration across manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, and finance.

• Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and business leadership.

• Support SIT, UAT, cutover, and go-live activities.

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior business and program stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of SAP functional experience.

• Strong experience across at least 3 of the 4 process areas: O2C, P2P, R2R, P2D-EWM.

• Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA processes and cross-module integration.

• Hands-on configuration experience in SAP ECC & S/4HANA.

• Experience with SAP Activate and global template deployment models.

• Proven Manufacturing industry experience.

• Automotive industry experience is a strong plus.

• Experience delivering 1–2 full lifecycle SAP implementations in a multi-module/program leadership capacity.

• Advanced/Fluent English required.

Preferred

• Experience with US-based clients / US-driven SAP programs.

• Strong understanding of North American business processes and stakeholder management.

• Excellent requirements gathering, gap analysis, and business process mapping skills.

• Strong executive-level communication and presentation skills.
