Help Desk Consultant (3 Openings)

Location: Onsite in Summerville, SC
Contract Duration: Through January 15, 2027, with potential for extension or conversion to full-time employment

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite help desk support during the go-live and subsequent operations.
• Set up, configure, and troubleshoot computers, handheld scanners, and label printers.
• Resolve issues involving Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and Active Directory.
• Document and track requests in a ticketing system.
• Escalate complex issues and coordinate with other IT teams to restore service.

Qualifications

• Level 2 help desk or desktop support experience
• Hands-on hardware configuration and troubleshooting experience, particularly with handheld scanners and label printers.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and Active Directory.
• Ticketing system experience.
• Mac support experience is a plus.
• Availability to work onsite in Summerville, including weekend hours.
