Oracle EPCMCS Functional Consultant Remote

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPCMCS Functional Consultant with expertise in Oracle Enterprise Profitability & Cost Management (EPCM/PCMCS) and Oracle EPM Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will lead requirements gathering, solution design, fit-gap analysis, implementation, and support activities for enterprise planning and profitability management initiatives. This role requires strong functional knowledge of Accounting, Finance, and FP&A processes, along with the ability to partner with business stakeholders to deliver scalable enterprise solutions.

Responsibilities
• Lead business requirement gathering sessions and conduct fit-gap analysis for Oracle EPCM and Planning Cloud implementations.
• Design, configure, and support Oracle Enterprise Profitability & Cost Management (EPCM/PCMCS) solutions.
• Implement and support Oracle Planning Cloud applications for budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, and scenario modeling.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and FP&A stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective EPM solutions.
• Manage internal and external data and metadata integrations supporting Oracle EPM applications.
• Work across Oracle EPM modules including Planning Cloud, Consolidation Cloud, Narrative Reporting, and Data Management.
• Develop functional specifications, solution designs, test plans, and technical documentation.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing, end-user training, and knowledge transfer activities.
• Provide production support, troubleshoot application issues, and recommend process improvements.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive successful implementation and ongoing optimization of EPM solutions.

Qualifications
• 10+ years of Oracle EPM implementation and consulting experience.
• Experience delivering at least two large full lifecycle Oracle EPCM implementations.
• Strong functional knowledge of Accounting, FP&A, budgeting, and profitability management processes.
• Hands-on expertise with Oracle EPCM/PCMCS and Oracle Planning Cloud.
• Knowledge of Oracle Consolidation Cloud, Narrative Reporting, and Data Management.
• Experience managing data and metadata interfaces across enterprise applications.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
Certifications
• Oracle EPM Cloud Certification preferred.
