Job Description

We're looking for an experienced semiconductor memory professional to join a client team in a direct hire role in Dallas, TX. You can also work in Scottsdale, AZ. You will lead and play a key role in defining and bringing next-generation memory products to market.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who combines deep memory technology expertise with strong customer-facing and product architecture skills. This is a business position and you will be gauged on the success of the product line and there are no direct reports. This is an exciting time to be involved with the latest and greatest RE/RAM technology, which is relatively new!

What you'll do:

  • Define memory product requirements, architecture, and technical roadmaps

  • Work directly with customers to understand application requirements and translate them into product specifications

  • Partner with internal engineering teams to guide product development and architecture

  • Support customers with technical design-in and product integration

  • Evaluate memory architectures and technologies across different applications and market segments

  • Drive product definition and prioritization based on customer and market needs

  • Collaborate across engineering, marketing, and business teams to bring products from concept to production

What we're looking for:

  • Strong, demonstrable memory semiconductor experience - experience defining memory products is especially valuable

  • Understanding of memory architectures, technologies, applications, and market requirements

  • Ability to translate customer needs into clear technical and system-level requirements

  • Strong technical communication skills and the ability to work effectively with semiconductor design engineers

  • Comfortable presenting to and working directly with customers

  • Product ownership or product definition experience is a strong plus

  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Important: This is not primarily a hands-on chip design role. We're looking for a technical product/system architect who can bridge the gap between customers, applications, product strategy, and semiconductor engineering.

Role: Individual contributor / product ownership role.

If you have a strong background in memory semiconductor technology and product architecture and enjoy working at the intersection of technology, customers, and product strategy, we'd love to hear from you.
