  3. Design and implement Search AI solutions using Kore.ai.
  4. Lead client discovery and requirements workshops.
  5. Create Functional Design Documents (FDDs).
  6. Create Technical Design Documents (TDDs).
  7. Configure advanced workflows on Kore.ai XO 10/11 and Artemis.
  8. Design dialogue flows and conversation journeys.
  9. Develop and configure intent models on Kore.ai.
  10. Implement prompt engineering and LLM guardrails.
  11. Build and optimize bots using Kore.ai Search AI.
  12. Work with Kore.ai Agent AI Assist.
  13. Configure and develop DialogGPT nodes.
  14. Configure NLU training and intent detection.
  15. Implement LLM evaluation and guardrails.
  16. Integrate Kore.ai bots with Salesforce.
  17. Integrate Kore.ai bots with AWS S3.
  18. Develop integrations using REST APIs and webhooks.
  19. Integrate Kore.ai solutions with enterprise backend systems.
  20. Integrate voice bots with Genesys Cloud CX using SIP/BYOC.
  21. Integrate voice solutions with Amazon Connect.
  22. Design and implement IVR solutions.
  23. Develop and configure voice bot workflows.
  24. Implement dynamic call routing.
  25. Configure TTS/STT solutions such as Azure Neural TTS.
  26. Facilitate technical and business requirements workshops.
  27. Translate business requirements and rules into technical solutions.
  28. Create actionable developer user stories.
  29. Guide cross-functional development teams in Agile sprints.
  30. Lead UAT activities and support business validation.
  31. Monitor post-production bot analytics and performance.
  32. Perform continuous bot optimization based on analytics and user interactions.
  33. Develop solutions using Python.
  34. Develop solutions using JavaScript.
  35. Develop and integrate SQL-based solutions.
