AWS Cloud Solutions Architect

***THIS IS AN SENIOR LEVEL CLOUD ARCHITECT ROLE***

This position requires the consultant to work 3 days onsite and 2 days remote. This is Mandatory requirement.
A current Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) certification (Architect Professional or Architect Associate) is strongly preferred. We will ask all candidates to submit certification credentials during next steps.
This role focuses on designing cloud architectures primarily for Oracle Cloud along with AWS, Azure, frameworks, governance models, and cloud standards for the organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience partnering with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into scalable, secure, multi/hybrid‑cloud architectures. This role may require guiding engineering teams or supplementing their skill sets. A strong foundation in AI technologies supported on the platform is must along with on‑premises infrastructure is essential due to hybrid integrations and migration initiatives. Candidate should be able to demonstrate use of AI. The organization is also planning to expand Infrastructure‑as‑Code capabilities.
Key Skills:
• OCI: 6–9 years
• Azure / AWS / Google Cloud Platform: 1–2 years each (nice to have)
• AI technologies available on the any platform
• Hybrid Infrastructure: 4–6 years
• Cloud Networking: 4–6 years
• Cloud DevOps / Automation: 4–6 years
• Cloud Security: 2–3 years
• Cloud FinOps: 1–2 years
• Architecture Documentation (Visio or Abacus): 2–3 years
• Deep expertise in cloud platforms, services, governance, frameworks, and best practices
Candidate must have extensive experience with cloud servers and environments with configuration, patching, network and VLAN configuration, backups, system monitoring and alerts.

Additional Skills:
• Cloud Platforms, Oracle Cloud (OCI), AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform
• Database Technologies: Oracle RAC, ASM, Data Guard, Golden Gate, RMAN, Database licensing
• Product Architecture and roadmap, its assessment
• Linux or network administrator skills a plus
• Platforms: Exadata, ExaCC, ExaDB-D, Exascale, DBaaS, OEM
• Architecture: High Availability, Disaster Recovery, Multi-Cloud Architecture.
• Automation: Terraform, Ansible, API/CLI automation
• SRE & DevOps: Monitoring, Observability, SLAs/SLOs/SLIs

Proficiency in OCI is mandatory. The architect will focus on developing architectures, standards, and governance models for the OCI platform. Experience across other cloud providers is a plus for multi‑cloud initiatives.
