Job Description:

Required Qualifications

·        12+ years of proven experience leading test management for large enterprise finance transformation programs, in SAP S/4HANA or ECC to S/4HANA upgrades.

·        Strong understanding of the SAP testing lifecycle, including strategy, planning, script development, execution, defect management, reporting, and sign-off.

·        Experience partnering with business and technical teams, including functional consultants, developers, data teams, infrastructure teams, and third-party vendors.

·        Ability to lead teams, manage competing priorities, resolve blockers, and drive accountability across multiple workstreams.

·        Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to prepare executive-ready status reporting and test governance materials.

·        Experience in banking, financial services, or finance transformation programs, with knowledge of accounting, project costing, budgeting, and financial reconciliation processes

·        Experience with SAP Project Systems and integrations with upstream tools such as Ariba, Clarity, Concur, or similar enterprise applications.

·        Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as SAP Solution Manager, Jira, Azure DevOps, qTest, ALM, or equivalent platforms

·        Familiarity with test automation strategy, regression optimization, and risk-based testing approaches.

·        Strong facilitation, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
