Job Description

Qualifications

  • 6-10 years of professional experience in project management and coordination or digital health implementation, preferably within government or health information exchange environments.
  • A Bachelor s degree is required. Advanced degree is preferred (MPH, MBA, MHA, or similar degree in Health Informatics or related area).
  • Extensive knowledge of health and health IT policy, including major state, federal, and national interoperability issues, with the ability to serve as a subject matter expert on funding strategies and program requirements, including within Medicaid.
  • Expertise in planning and managing initiatives, including implementation of HIE tools, health innovation programs, and interoperability strategies to improve health outcomes.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience guiding multi-stakeholder planning, implementation, and evaluation of health innovation projects.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to coordinate independent projects concurrently, facilitate collaboration, and manage complex workflows.
  • Proven ability to exercise tact, discretion, and diplomacy when working with diverse personnel, partners, and stakeholder groups.
  • Advanced analytical skills, including ability to perform evaluations, conduct research, and synthesize technical and policy information to inform programmatic decisions.
  • Strong communication skills, including writing, presenting, and facilitating stakeholder engagement.
  • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail, ability to manage competing priorities, and track recording accountability and ownership over complex projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and Outlook; Familiarity with project management tools.
