Job Description

Quad is seeking a Retail Innovation Project Manager to lead technology-enabled retail initiatives that transform shopper experiences. In this role, you will manage cross-functional projects spanning data, software, creative and production to deliver integrated print and digital solutions. You will translate client goals into roadmaps, coordinate pilots and tests in market, and track KPIs to optimize performance. Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end innovation projects for retail clients from discovery through launch
  • Translate client business goals into technical and marketing requirements for Quad teams
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, data, creative, and operations to deliver solutions
  • Develop project plans, timelines, budgets and status reporting for stakeholders
  • Analyze retail and shopper data to inform solution design and optimization
  • Implement and manage pilots, A/B tests and proof-of-concept retail technology initiatives
  • Monitor project risks, issues and dependencies and drive timely resolution
  • Ensure solutions integrate with existing retail systems and digital/print touchpoints
  • Partner with sales and account teams to scope new innovation opportunities
  • Track results, KPIs and learnings to continuously improve retail innovation programs
