Assistant Area Sales Manager

Sheds 365 Sales, LLC is seeking an Assistant Area Sales Manager to support retail shed and portable building sales across our Jefferson, GA area locations. This role helps lead daily sales operations, coach sales associates, and ensure an outstanding customer experience. You'll greet walk-in and online customers, qualify needs, present product options, prepare quotes, and close sales while maintaining accurate paperwork and CRM records. The position also assists with merchandising, lot presentation, vendor coordination, and meeting sales targets in a friendly, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading daily sales operations for assigned locations and lots
• Greet, qualify, and guide customers through shed and building options
• Prepare quotes, contracts, and basic financing paperwork accurately
• Manage leads, follow-ups, and customer records in CRM/POS systems
• Support merchandising, lot presentation, and inventory display standards
• Help train and coach sales associates on products and sales process
• Track and report on individual and area sales performance vs. targets
• Collaborate with vendors and installers to coordinate deliveries and installs
• Resolve basic customer issues and escalate complex concerns when needed
• Uphold company standards for honesty, responsiveness, and service
