Job Title: SCM - Demand / Supply Planning Functional Consultant

Location: Remote (with occasional travel to Detroit, Michigan)

Contract Duration: 6+ months

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled SCM Functional Consultant specializing in Demand Planning and Supply Planning to support release management and production scheduling initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise in Oracle EBS and Fusion applications, with the ability to independently drive client sessions and deliver end-to-end solutions in the automotive or manufacturing domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Release Management activities including design, solutioning, configuration, conversion, and testing in the Demand Management process area.
• Provide hands-on support for production scheduling and supply planning functions.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Conduct workshops and independently drive client sessions to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Support integration and migration efforts between Oracle EBS and Fusion applications.
• Ensure smooth execution of demand and supply planning processes within manufacturing/automotive environments.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong expertise in Oracle EBS (mandatory); Oracle Fusion SCM experience preferred.
• Proven track record in Release Management and Production Scheduling.
• Hands-on experience in Demand Planning and Supply Planning processes.
• Industry knowledge in Automotive or Manufacturing domains.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to travel to client location in Detroit, Michigan, as needed.
