The Role

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair and vehicle diagnostics.
• Provide emergency breakdown support, resolving issues from flat batteries to complex faults.
• Offer quick, confident solutions and reassurance to members during stressful situations.
• Start and finish your day at home, responding to demand-led shifts.
• Serve as a proud ambassador for a well-respected motoring organization.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
• A customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to remain calm and confident under pressure.
• A full UK driving licence.
