The Role

• Deliver expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic services directly to customers at their location.
• Conduct a variety of services including routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on light vehicles.
• Manage your own stock, complete necessary reporting, and maintain excellent customer communication.
• Act as a brand ambassador, providing excellent service and representing the company with pride.
• Adapt to a dynamic work environment with varied daily tasks and challenges.
• Work independently, making informed decisions to resolve customer issues effectively.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent.
• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as a vehicle technician.
• Proficiency in working with a range of light vehicles.
• A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 penalty points.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
• The capacity to think on your feet and adapt to new situations.
