The Role

• Deliver first-class vehicle maintenance and diagnostic services directly to customers at their location.
• Handle a variety of servicing, diagnostic, and repair tasks for a diverse range of light vehicles.
• Manage your own stock, complete reporting, and maintain excellent customer communication.
• Represent the company with pride, providing advice and ensuring customer satisfaction on every visit.
• Work independently, making sound judgments to resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
• Benefit from a structured 40-hour week with core hours and rotating Saturday availability.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years' hands-on experience as a vehicle technician.
• Proficient in working with a range of light vehicles.
• Full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 penalty points.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to think on your feet and adapt to different challenges.
