The Role

• Deliver expert vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, and repair services directly to customers at their location.
• Handle a variety of tasks including servicing, diagnostic checks, and repairs for a diverse range of light vehicles.
• Manage your own stock, complete necessary reporting, and maintain excellent customer communication.
• Represent the company with pride, providing first-class service and acting as the face of the brand.
• Work independently, making effective decisions to resolve vehicle issues efficiently.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent.
• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as a vehicle technician.
• Proficiency in working with a wide range of light vehicles.
• A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage positively with customers.
• An adaptable and proactive approach to problem-solving.
