Construction Project Manager - Bristol or Cardiff Based

We are currently shortlisting for two exciting opportunities for construction Project Managers at either intermediate and Senior level to join one of the most exciting design and build consultancies in the South West.

Our client offer access to some of the most prestigious design and build projects in the South West where the successful applicant will work on this envious workload and gain experience which is truly unique. Our client is successful in delivering cutting edge work across the Private and Public sectors with excellent projects being delivered in the Commercial, High end Residential, Mixed Use and Development areas as well as Education work with the regions leading University and Academys.

We would welcome applications from project managers who are undertaking their MRICS/MCIOB chartership and would benefit from assistance in completing successfully as well as already chartered individuals who are operating at a more senior level. The structure of the business gives excellent progression opportunities working with some of the most respected construction consultancy leaders in the industry who are keen to develop their team into future leaders within their specialisms.

Contract experience working with JCT and NEC is highly desirable as the client portfolio is varied with values between £5m and £50m across an extensive design and build portfolio.
