The Role

• Assemble steel structures for 110kV to 380kV switchgear (air and gas-insulated systems).
• Install high-voltage and medium-voltage equipment, including high-voltage terminals, suspension, and support insulators.
• Perform assembly and disassembly of bolted and crimped connections, as well as pipe and cable assembly, including cable pulling.
• Review and mark up plan documents with revisions.

What You'll Need

• Completed training as a locksmith or metalworker, industrial mechanic, construction mechanic, plant mechanic, or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in locksmithing, for example, in the construction, mechanical engineering, energy technology, or metal processing industries.
• Experience with electrical systems is advantageous.
• A valid driver's license (Class B) and willingness to travel to project sites with your own vehicle.
• Willingness for regular assembly assignments from Monday to Thursday in the southeast German region, including overnight stays.
• Good German language skills and an independent, motivated work style.
