<>About the Role

We are seeking experienced Oracle Finance Systems Analysts to support and enhance a large-scale Oracle Cloud Finance environment. This is a hands-on functional support and maintenance role focused on ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of finance applications and business processes.

This position is ideal for professionals who enjoy troubleshooting, system enhancement, user support, and process optimization within Oracle Finance applications rather than enterprise architecture or transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional support for Oracle Cloud Financials, including:
  • Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Travel & Expense (T&E)
  • General Finance processes
• Troubleshoot and resolve system, transaction, and business process issues.
• Support finance-related applications used for invoice management, coding, approvals, and workflow processing.
• Analyze user requests and drive issues through resolution.
• Create and manage Oracle Service Requests (SRs), including testing and validation of fixes.
• Perform functional configuration and system maintenance activities.
• Gather requirements and collaborate with technical teams on enhancements and fixes.
• Execute functional, integration, and regression testing.
• Support ERP integrations and resolve transaction or data flow issues.
• Participate in ongoing system improvements and finance application support initiatives.
• Assist with Oracle EPM-related activities when applicable.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting Oracle Finance applications.
• Strong functional knowledge of:
  • Oracle Cloud Financials
  • Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Travel & Expense
  • General Ledger and core finance processes
• Experience troubleshooting production issues and supporting end users.
• Hands-on experience with testing, system enhancements, and configuration changes.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting Oracle Cloud ERP integrations.
• Exposure to Oracle EPM solutions.
• Previous experience working in application support, maintenance, or BAU Oracle Finance environments.
• Experience working directly with Oracle support through SR management.
