Human Resources Generalist, Payroll and Recruitment

This role is crucial in fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring that human resources processes align with the company's values and goals. Manage employee relations and risk management processes. Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture. Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, development, and performance evaluations. Provide one-on-one supervision, staffing, and corrective action as needed. Offer guidance on policy interpretation, employee relations processes, and culture initiatives.

Ensure compliance with policies, documentation requirements, and program timeframes. Handle unemployment claims and administration. Analyze workforce data and trends to inform decision-making.
3+ years of experience in human resources.
~ Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred.
~ High School Diploma required.
~ Bilingual fluency in Spanish preferred.

Pay Range

$30 - $31 per hour
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 1st shift
