The Role • Guide product development and evolution to meet customer needs and business objectives. • Develop and maintain product vision, business plans, go-to-market strategy, and value proposition. • Partner with cross-functional teams to gather client and consumer feedback and generate awareness. • Document requirements, manage feature development, and make recommendations to agile teams. • Analyze product performance and drive continuous improvements. • Focus on new, innovative solutions that span business units and product boundaries, particularly in emerging technologies. What You'll Need • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 6+ years of experience in a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience). • Deep understanding of business, product performance, industry principles, practices, and procedures. • Familiarity with SAFe Agile methodology. • Hands-on experience with product planning, lifecycle methodologies, research, analysis, epics, features, KPIs, and analytics. • Preferred: Experience with Inventory Management Solutions and the automotive dealer software sector.
