Government Healthcare PMO Support Analyst

PMO Support Analyst:

This is a Full-Time (W2) Remote position supporting Medicare & Medicaid (CMS) and requires an Active Government Clearance (Public Trust or Higher). Full Benefits, PTO, and paid holidays is inclusive to this position.

Contract Term: 1 year (With possible extensions)

Number of Available Positions/Salary Target:

•   1 Position PMO Support Analyst: $75K-$100K/YR $70K-$95K/YR (Salary is flexible based on the relevant Professional Experience and Background related to the position)

Requirements: ship Work Authorization Status; Active Government Clearance (Public Trust or Higher); Completed College Degree (Bachelor’s Degree or Higher); 2+ years of professional experience including Program/Project Management supporting Government/Federal Health Agencies

Required Skills

1. Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience supporting program management, PMO execution, or project coordination, including workplan management, status reporting, governance coordination, and action tracking.
2. 2+ years of using project and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint and Jira to manage project deliverables, reporting, and documentation.
3. 1+ years of experience using Jira to create and maintain reports and dashboards, update and manage tickets, track action items, and support project visibility and status reporting.
4. 1+ years of experience managing multiple workstreams and collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong organization and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Scrum Master experience preferred.
• Experience with QA/QC of reports, presentations, trackers, and stakeholder-facing materials.
• Understanding of the healthcare industry, including familiarity with healthcare data.
• Exposure to AI / ML, data, analytics, or other technical project environments preferred.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Healthcare industry experience, a bonus

Day-to-day Responsibilities

• Support program governance, delivery execution, and cross-workstream coordination.
• Coordinate client and internal deliverables, track progress against timelines, and help ensure high-quality and timely submission of decks, reports, FAQs, documentation, and release artifacts.
• Capture meeting notes, decisions, actions, and open items, and maintain a clear audit trail of follow-ups across model team and operational discussions.
• Support management of Jira, SharePoint, and project trackers to improve visibility, organization, and reporting across teams.
• Create and maintain Jira dashboards, boards, and tracking views to support visibility, reporting and work management.
• Facilitate and support Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, standups, backlog refinement, and sprint review, and retrospectives.
• Coordinate deliverables, support follow-ups, help ensure quality and timely completion of project artifacts.
• Support QA/QC of presentations, reports, trackers, and other stakeholder-facing materials.
• Maintain project structure and reporting across standard delivery tools, including Jira, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Operate effectively in a fast=paced environment supporting AI/ML, data, or analytics-driven work.

Education: Bachelor’s degree
