IT Program Manager III

Location: Plano, TX/ Charlotte NC/ Jersey City NJ (Hybrid)

Duration: 12 months CTH

This role is a potential contract to hire and will require resources that do not require sponsorship now or in the future. ( if applicable)

Role Overview

The ideal candidate will have strong project coordination and Scrum Master experience, extensive expertise with JIRA, and a working knowledge of Product-Centric Operating Models. This individual will partner across technology and business teams to support infrastructure initiatives, track deliverables, facilitate governance routines, and drive execution excellence. This role supports projects and product-focused initiatives by ensuring successful execution, effective communication, risk management, compliance adherence, and visibility into overall delivery health.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage the delivery of project, product, and infrastructure-related initiatives.
  • Communicate objectives, timelines, risks, dependencies, and status updates to stakeholders.
  • Provide end-to-end visibility into project and product health through effective tracking and reporting.
  • Facilitate and support Agile delivery practices, including Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Daily Standups, and Retrospectives.
  • Manage and maintain JIRA workflows, dashboards, reporting, and work tracking processes.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational standards, audit requirements, risk controls, and compliance procedures.
  • Facilitate governance activities such as project kickoffs, status reviews, and stakeholder meetings.
  • Coordinate activities across multiple business and technology teams to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
  • Support infrastructure platform delivery through documentation, workload oversight, and audit activities.
  • Track and manage multiple concurrent demands, deliverables, and dependencies.
  • Produce executive-level metrics, dashboards, and project reporting.
Required Qualifications

Experience:
  • Extensive hands-on experience using JIRA to manage Agile delivery, project tracking, reporting, dashboards, and work management processes.
  • Experience serving as a Scrum Master or facilitating Agile ceremonies and delivery practices.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional technology initiatives and infrastructure projects.
  • Strong understanding of project governance, delivery management, and risk controls.


Technical Skills:
  • Jira
  • Agile/Scrum
  • Program Coordination
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel)
  • Remedy and/or ServiceNow


Preferred Qualifications
  • Product-Centric Operating Model (POM) experience.
  • Experience with Agile Product Management and Product Delivery frameworks.
  • Knowledge of Infrastructure Administration and Platform Delivery support.
  • Familiarity with Program Increment (PI) Planning and execution.
  • Experience with portfolio, project, and dependency management in large enterprise environments.
  • Experience supporting regulatory, audit, compliance, and operational risk activities.
  • Financial Center Experience.
Work Environment

This position requires a hybrid schedule with a minimum of three days per week onsite.
