Pay Range: $69.32/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide SAP system support on Sales Deduction (SD) and Marketing Development Fund (MDF) for project management, troubleshooting, master data management, and end-user training.
• Review marketing and sales deduction investment activities.
• Submit accurate accruals for investment activities during month-end closing.
• Manage month-end closing activities and prepare closing reports, including account reconciliation and sales deduction roll forward.
• Generate managerial and internal use reporting on marketing and sales deduction transactions.
• Evaluate the reasonableness of marketing and sales deduction expense forecasts and assist in the forecasting process.
• Collaborate with business owners and work closely with sales account and marketing teams to collect requirements, analyze information, and develop solutions consistent with business strategies.
• Provide timely support on quarterly and yearly internal/external audits.
• Process and validate customer and vendor payments related to sales and marketing programs.
• Deliver process training to Marketing and Sales groups.
• Lead marketing and sales deduction expense process improvement projects through evaluation of current business processes and identification of improvement plans.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• 8-10 years of experience in finance and accounting operations in large organizations.
• Experience in SAP-based financial transaction management.
• Knowledge of sales deductions, trade promotions, and marketing expense management.
• Proficiency in month-end and year-end financial closing processes.
• Strong skills in accrual calculations and expense forecasting.
• Expertise in account reconciliation and variance analysis.
• Familiarity with financial audits and internal controls.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and accounting teams.
