Job Description
Ryder System is seeking a Senior Application Delivery & Support Analyst to own the reliability and performance of mission-critical logistics and transportation applications. In this role, you will manage end-to-end delivery, coordinate releases, and provide advanced production support for systems that power warehousing, fleet management, and transportation operations. You will collaborate with IT, engineering, and operations teams to resolve incidents, optimize performance, and implement improvements while following ITIL-based processes. Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end application delivery and production support for logistics and transportation systems
- Monitor application performance, troubleshoot incidents, and drive root-cause analysis
- Coordinate deployments, patches, and configuration changes with cross-functional IT and operations teams
- Document application standards, procedures, and support runbooks
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Ensure high availability, reliability, and security of critical Ryder applications
- Support integrations between transportation, warehousing, and fleet management platforms
- Leverage ITIL or similar frameworks to manage incidents, problems, and changes
- Participate in on-call rotation and provide after-hours production support as needed
- Identify opportunities for automation, performance tuning, and process improvement
