Job Description

Strong communication and leadership capabilities, including the ability to address team concerns, provide constructive guidance, and raise delivery risks in a timely manner.
Exposure to cryptographic systems, public key infrastructure (PKI), hardware security modules (HSMs), or payment and information security technologies.
Familiarity with Agile development frameworks, including Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and iterative delivery practices.
Minimum of 3 years of experience overseeing software development or firmware teams, preferably in environments involving security requirements, compliance standards, or hardware-integrated products.
Ability to evaluate technical deliverables, review architectural designs, and participate in code quality assessments without necessarily contributing code on a regular basis.
Proven ability to manage project schedules, maintain delivery commitments, and handle performance management and accountability situations objectively.
A degree in computer science or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience, is desirable. Candidates with substantial technical team management experience may also be considered.
Previous experience coordinating engineering teams working remotely or across geographically dispersed locations.
