Must-Have Skills:

• Strong project management skills with the ability to adapt methodologies and tools based on project size and complexity.
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills, with experience coordinating stakeholders, vendors, and SMEs.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to identify gaps, determine root causes, remove blockers, and drive corrective actions.

Nice to Have Skills:

• PMP certification preferred.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects.
