Senior Infrastructure Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead large-scale infrastructure modernization and cybersecurity initiatives across global enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and experience coordinating complex technology deployments within operationally critical environments.

<>Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide infrastructure, network security, and cybersecurity transformation programs.
• Manage cross-functional project teams spanning multiple regions, business units, and time zones.
• Coordinate activities between executive leadership, technical teams, external vendors, and operational stakeholders.
• Drive organizational readiness, user adoption, and communication strategies for technology transformation initiatives.
• Develop and maintain project plans, governance processes, risk mitigation strategies, and executive reporting.
• Ensure successful execution of deployment schedules while minimizing business disruption.
• Monitor program dependencies, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation.

<>Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of project or program management experience leading large-scale technology initiatives.
• Demonstrated success delivering enterprise infrastructure, network, cybersecurity, or digital transformation programs.
• Strong experience managing geographically distributed teams and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to drive organizational change and business adoption in complex environments.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and executive reporting skills.
• Experience managing vendor relationships, implementation partners, and third-party service providers.
• Strong understanding of enterprise networking, infrastructure technologies, and cybersecurity concepts.

<>Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, utilities, energy, healthcare, or other mission-critical operations environments.
• Familiarity with operational technology (OT) and environments where system availability is essential to business operations.
• Experience planning and executing technology deployments during limited maintenance or operational windows.
• Background in network security, firewall implementations, infrastructure modernization, or enterprise security programs.
• PMP, PgMP, Prosci, Agile, or similar industry certifications are highly desirable.
