AI Governance & Policy Lead

Role Overview

• Develop AI governance frameworks, policies and operating models
• Define controls for AI development, procurement and deployment
• Support AI risk assessment, model oversight and audit readiness
• Work closely with legal, compliance, security and technology teams
• Establish monitoring, reporting and escalation processes
• Interpret and apply emerging AI regulations and standards
• Help organisations move from experimentation to responsible production deployment

Tools & Technologies (required)

• Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) frameworks
• AI risk assessment methodologies
• Policy development and control frameworks
• Regulatory monitoring and compliance tools
• Documentation and workflow platforms
• Risk, audit and control management processes

Experience (required)

• EU AI Act and emerging AI regulatory frameworks
• Developing governance, risk or compliance frameworks
• Assessing the AI stack for operational risk
• Experience working with legal, compliance, security or audit teams
• AI model governance programmes
