Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Analyze business processes, requirements, and system functionality to support organizational objectives.
  • Gather, document, and analyze business and functional requirements.
  • Work with business stakeholders and technical teams to identify and resolve business systems issues.
  • Analyze existing processes and recommend opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  • Translate business requirements into clear functional and system requirements.
  • Support system enhancements, testing, implementation, and ongoing system improvements.
  • Develop and maintain business process documentation, requirements, workflows, and related project documentation.
  • Participate in system testing, including test planning, execution, defect identification, and resolution validation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business requirements and operational needs.
  • Support business continuity-related initiatives, processes, documentation, and organizational requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple priorities and deliverables in a fast-paced project environment.

  • Strong experience as a Business Systems Analyst with business process analysis and requirements gathering experience.
  • Experience analyzing business requirements and translating them into functional/system requirements.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Experience working with business stakeholders and technical teams in cross-functional environments.
  • Experience with system testing, requirements validation, and defect resolution.
  • Knowledge or experience in business continuity, disaster recovery, or organizational resilience.
  • Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) certification through DRII is required. Candidates without the certification must be willing and able to obtain the CBCP certification within the first 6 months of employment.
  • Must be comfortable working 3 days onsite and 2 days remotely in Orlando, FL.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
