Senior Technical Program Manager/Technical Program Manager Technology Delivery

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex, enterprise-scale technology programs. This highly strategic leadership role will oversee end-to-end program delivery, coordinate multiple distributed engineering teams, manage cross-functional dependencies, and ensure successful execution against established business objectives, milestones, timelines, and budgets.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading large-scale software and cloud initiatives, a strong understanding of AWS architecture, and exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills. This individual will work closely with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, technical architects, and senior business leaders to drive alignment, manage risks, and deliver high-impact technology solutions.

<>Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technical program management, technology delivery, software program management, or related leadership roles.
• Proven experience leading complex, large-scale enterprise software or technology programs from planning through successful delivery.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating multiple cross-functional and geographically distributed engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of AWS architecture, cloud technologies, and cloud-native application environments.
• Extensive experience working within Agile software development and enterprise delivery frameworks.
• Strong experience managing program roadmaps, milestones, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and delivery metrics.
• Proven ability to partner effectively with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, software architects, engineering teams, and business stakeholders.
• Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand complex software architectures, engineering dependencies, and technology delivery challenges.
• Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority and drive alignment across multiple teams and organizational functions.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive complex programs to successful completion in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience leading enterprise cloud transformation, AWS migration, modernization, or platform engineering programs.
• Experience managing large-scale, multi-team software development portfolios.
• Knowledge of distributed systems, microservices, cloud-native architectures, and modern software engineering practices.
• Experience establishing program governance frameworks, executive reporting processes, and delivery performance metrics.
• Relevant certifications in Technical Program Management, Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Project Management, or AWS.
