Manufacturing MES Lead with Siemens Opcenter

Contract

 

Job description:

Responsibilities:

·Lead functional and technical design of Siemens Opcenter MES solutions.

  • Gather business requirements and translate them into MES workflows and configurations.
  • Configure production, quality, genealogy, traceability, WIP, and electronic work instructions.
  • Integrate MES with SAP ERP, PLM, equipment, automation, and shopfloor systems.
  • Support testing, deployment, commissioning, and user training.
  • Provide production support and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

 

Skills Required:

·Hands-on experience in Siemens Opcenter configuration and deployment.

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, ISA-95, and shopfloor processes.
  • Experience with MES integrations, interfaces, and manufacturing data models.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication skills.

Lumentum Preference: Experience in high-tech electronics, photonics, semiconductor, or precision manufacturing environments is highly desirable.
