Job Description

Seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support medical device component production. The role will focus on manufacturing process validation, troubleshooting, process improvement, quality, yield, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support manufacturing processes, equipment, tooling, fixtures, and inspection methods.
  • Perform process/equipment qualification and validation.
  • Conduct engineering studies, experiments, and root cause investigations.
  • Drive process improvements using Lean/Six Sigma and statistical analysis.
  • Support CAPA, nonconformances, audit findings, and process issues.
  • Create and update work instructions, validation documents, and technical reports.
  • Support quality, EHS, and cleanroom manufacturing requirements.
  • Improve production efficiency through time, motion, and process studies.

Required Skills:

  • 2+ years of Manufacturing Engineering experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • Medical device or regulated manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Experience with metals manufacturing such as machining, welding, laser cutting, heat treatment, electropolishing, or passivation.
  • Knowledge of process validation, Lean/Six Sigma, root cause analysis, and risk assessment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
