Professional Job Description
Seeking an experienced Field Workforce Management (FWM) Business Analyst / Technology Specialist with 8 to 10 years of experience for a 12-month contract role in Maryland Heights, MO 63043 (100% Onsite; Face-to-Face Interview Mandatory). 
The candidate will be responsible for gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and optimizing field-dispatch workforce management tools. 
This hands-on role requires deep domain expertise in field/mobile workforce management (specifically excluding contact center agent scheduling) across enterprise platforms such as Salesforce Field Service, Oracle Field Service (TOA), ClickSoftware, ServiceNow FSM, or IFS Clevest.

#Key Responsibilities
 Field Workforce Management Analysis: Analyze, design, and optimize mobile field workforce management workflows, focusing specifically on technician scheduling, route/dispatch optimization, appointment capacity planning, and geofenced job execution.
 FWM Tool Configuration & Support: Evaluate and configure enterprise field service management tools (Salesforce Field Service, Oracle Field Service/TOA, ClickSoftware, ServiceNow FSM, or IFS Clevest) to support field service technicians.
 Business Process Engineering & Investigation: Conduct root-cause investigations of operational field dispatch bottlenecks, map current/future-state operational workflows, and translate complex field operations needs into functional specifications and user stories.
 Testing, Integration & User Acceptance: Lead functional testing, define UAT test scenarios, validate field mobile application integrations, and ensure seamless communication between field dispatch teams and back-office operations.
 Stakeholder Management & Training: Collaborate directly with operations leads, field supervisors, dispatchers, and IT development teams to drive operational efficiency and user adoption.

#Required Qualifications
 Core Business Analysis Experience: 8 to 10 years of dedicated experience as an IT Business Analyst / Technology Specialist in analytics and operational systems.
 Domain Expertise: Explicit background in Field/Mobile Workforce Management (FWM). Note: Candidates with contact center/call center agent scheduling experience only will not qualify.
 FWM Tool Mastery: Hands-on experience with field-dispatch tools such as Salesforce Field Service, Oracle Field Service (TOA), ClickSoftware, ServiceNow FSM, or IFS Clevest.
 Key Functional Capabilities: Demonstrated proficiency in technician scheduling, route/dispatch optimization, appointment capacity management, and geofenced job execution.
 Interview & Work Setup: Face-to-Face (F2F) Interview Mandatory; 100% Onsite commitment in Maryland Heights, MO 63043.
