Role: Business Analyst (Cards Payments Processing & Disputes)
Location: Berkeley Heights, NJ and Alpharetta, GA (100% Onsite ) In person interview in NJ or GA

Experience: 10+ Years
Duration: (12+ Months Contract/Possibility of Extension) 
Job Overview:
Seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in the Payments Domain, particularly Card Management, Card Processing, and Card Disputes. The ideal candidate will drive requirement gathering, functional documentation, process optimization, stakeholder coordination, and UAT to deliver effective payment and card-related solutions.


Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and development teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.Lead requirement elicitation workshops, interviews, process reviews, and stakeholder discussions.

Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements, user stories, business process flows, and acceptance criteria.
Create and maintain:
Business Requirement Documents (BRD)
Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS)
User Stories and Epics

Use Cases
Process Flow Diagrams
Data Mapping Documents
Analyze current-state and future-state business processes and recommend improvements.
Work closely with development and testing teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies.
Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect triage, and business sign-off activities.
Identify risks, dependencies, assumptions, and business impacts throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinate with multiple business and technology teams across geographies.
Provide regular status updates and communicate project progress to program leadership.
Support change management, training, and deployment activities.
