Role: Data Engineer (People Analytics / HR Data)
Location: Remote (US Based)

Duration: 3 months+

Tech Stack / Experience Priorities

• Azure Databricks (must-have)
• Spark (must-have)
• SQL (must-have)
• Azure Data Factory (ADF) (must-have)
• ETL/ELT development
• Data pipeline architecture and orchestration
• Data modeling and transformation
• HRIS integrations strongly preferred
• Experience working with HR/People data highly preferred
• Infor experience is a significant plus
• Power BI experience is a plus
• Must be a hands-on individual contributor capable of ramping up quickly and working independently

Candidate Profile

• Strong Data Engineer background
• Experience delivering production-quality data pipelines
• Ability to understand existing data sources and requirements with minimal ramp-up time
• Comfortable owning workstreams independently
• Previous experience supporting HR, People Analytics, Workforce Analytics, HRIS, HCM, or related domains highly preferred

Project Work

• Build and enhance People/HR data pipelines and data products.
• Support data ingestion, transformation, and modeling for HR analytics initiatives.
• Develop scalable datasets and workflows within Databricks.
• Integrate data from HR systems and related business applications.
• Support reporting and analytics teams with curated datasets.
• Potentially assist with dashboard and reporting solutions where needed.
• Ensure data quality, reliability, and performance across production environments.
