Scrum Master

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to support Agile teams in a banking environment. The ideal candidate will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and help teams deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business goals.

Job Description: -

• 5+ years of scrum master.
• Expertise in SDLC methodologies Agile, Scrum, SAFe,
• Experience in project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence.
• Strong communication skills
• Certified Professional Scrum Master preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Guide the team in Agile/Scrum best practices and ensure adherence
• Remove blockers and support the team in meeting sprint commitments
• Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog
• Track and report team progress, velocity, and sprint metrics
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement within the team.
