Job description

Client: Banking/Financial


Position Title: Release Train Engineer/Scrum Master


Location: Jersey city, NJ- Hybrid onsite 3 days


Contract Length: 12 months


Pay Range: $75- $80


Required Skills



  • Looking for a Release Train Engineer (RTE)/Scrum Master in Financial Services

  • Experience managing agile release trains

  • Experience working as a Scrum Master and Release Train Engineer

  • Experience in using scrum, kanban, and scaled agile framework (SAFe)

  • Track record of transforming teams to Agile/Kanban techniques in different work cultures and environments

  • Experience running agile programs of varying size and complexity

  • Strong skills for leading, educating, and coaching

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills


Desired Skills:



  • SAFe Release Train certification preferred

  • Experience managing agile release trains at large organizations

  • Experience implementing or managing agile at financial organizations
