Introduction:

This position is for a Scrum Master who will be responsible for leading multiple Agile teams and driving Agile maturity within the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Scrum, Kanban, and Agile methodologies, as well as expertise in financial services, specifically Investment Banking, Trading, Banking, or Investment Operations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple Agile teams and drive Agile transformation
• Work with senior leadership and complex stakeholders to remove impediments and manage risks
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, retrospectives, and Scrum-of-Scrums
• Drive continuous improvement and team maturity
• Integrate AI tools into daily workflows and drive AI-driven productivity/process improvement
• Track KPIs and team delivery

Requirements:

Must-Haves:

• 5+ years of Scrum Master / Agile experience
• Local to Boston and able to work onsite 3 days/week
• Strong expertise in Scrum, Kanban, and Agile methodologies
• Financial services experience required
• Experience working with senior leadership and complex stakeholders
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and servant leadership skills
• Experience driving Agile transformation and continuous improvement
• Ability to remove impediments, manage risks, and improve team delivery

AI Experience - Important:

Manager is specifically looking for candidates with strong AI + Agile/Scrum experience.

Experience with:

• Microsoft Copilot
• ChatGPT
• Aha! / Aha! Elle
• Helping Agile teams integrate AI into daily workflows
• AI-driven productivity/process improvement

Technical / Agile Stack:

Scrum | Kanban | Agile | Jira/Agile tools | Microsoft Copilot | ChatGPT | Aha! Elle | Backlog Management | Sprint Planning | Retrospectives | PI/Scaled Planning | Scrum-of-Scrums | KPI/Delivery Tracking

Preferred:

Programming/development background, scaled Agile experience, and experience supporting both Trading + Investment Operations.

Key Profile:

Senior Scrum Master who can lead multiple teams, influence leadership, manage conflict, remove blockers, and drive Agile maturity while helping teams adopt AI tools.
