Job Title: Senior .NET + Azure Developer / Lead
Location: Charlotte, NC
Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days/week Onsite)

Key Responsibilities

• Full Lifecycle Development: Perform full life cycle application development, including researching technical options for features, providing guidance/feedback, and building proof-of-concepts (POCs) to determine optimal approaches.
• Architecture & Scalability: Partner with developers and architects to design optimal solutions focused on performance, efficiency, maintainability, and scalability.
• Product Roadmap Alignment: Assist Product Management in shaping product roadmaps to ensure technical objectives are realistic and achievable.
• Solution Design & Collaboration: Work closely with Principal Engineers and offshore teams to create solution designs following architectural guidance.
• Mentorship & Leadership: Mentor junior developers and perform code reviews to ensure deliverables align with documented standards and best practices.
• Ownership & Shift-Left Mindset: Own problems and solutions, adopt a shift-left mindset, and actively drive technical conversations with key stakeholders.

Key Requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field with 8+ years of .NET software development experience building web-based applications OR a Master’s degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering.

Technical Skills

• Microsoft Development Stack: .NET Core, .NET Framework 4.5+, C#, JavaScript, RESTful services, ORM, T-SQL, JSON, MVC, XML, HTML, and CSS.
• Cloud & Infrastructure: Hands-on experience with Azure-based architectures and solid understanding of CI/CD concepts, including Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform for Azure deployment.
• Modern Architecture Patterns: Experience designing solutions using Microservices, SOA, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), CQRS, Asynchronous Messaging, Azure Service Bus, Event Sourcing, APIs, and Web Services.
