Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Workflow & AI Integration Engineer to design, develop, and implement intelligent workflow automation solutions powered by AI. The ideal candidate will have expertise in workflow orchestration, AI/ML integration, API development, and enterprise application integration. This role involves automating business processes, integrating AI capabilities into existing workflows, and building secure, scalable solutions within an enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated workflows to streamline business processes.
• Integrate AI and machine learning capabilities into enterprise applications and workflow platforms.
• Develop workflow automation solutions using Python, REST APIs, and enterprise integration tools.
• Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI services, and AI-powered assistants into existing business processes.
• Build API-based integrations between AI services, databases, and enterprise applications.
• Develop and maintain workflow orchestration, event-driven processes, and asynchronous integrations.
• Implement error handling, logging, monitoring, and retry mechanisms for reliable workflow execution.
• Collaborate with business analysts, data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities.
• Ensure secure handling of data, access controls, and compliance with enterprise security standards.
• Optimize workflow performance, scalability, reliability, and operational efficiency.
• Conduct testing, debugging, deployment, and production support for workflow and AI integration solutions.
• Maintain technical documentation and follow software development and deployment best practices.

Required Skills

• Strong programming experience in Python and/or Java.
• Experience designing and implementing workflow automation and orchestration solutions.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI/ML models or Generative AI services into enterprise applications.
• Knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI-powered workflow automation.
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, web services, and enterprise application integrations.
• Understanding of event-driven architecture, asynchronous processing, and message queues.
• Experience with SQL and database integrations.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, testing, debugging, and production support.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with workflow orchestration tools such as Apache Airflow, Camunda, Temporal, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with AI frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph.
• Experience with enterprise AI services such as AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, or comparable platforms.
• Knowledge of microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience with financial services, banking applications, or enterprise automation projects.
• Understanding of AI governance, data privacy, security, and responsible AI practices.
