MSI seeks a Sales Representative to drive growth in the construction industry within our Sales & Business Development team. You will prospect and close B2B opportunities, presenting MSI's innovative hardware solutions to contractors, builders, and project stakeholders. Responsibilities include managing a robust sales pipeline, delivering tailored product demos, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure client success. Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new construction-industry clients to drive revenue growth for MSI.
• Manage and grow a sales pipeline, from lead qualification through closing.
• Conduct product demos and presentations tailored to contractors, builders, and project managers.
• Collaborate with sales & business development to craft solutions using MSI hardware and technology.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts while maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and sales reports.
• Partner with technical and support teams to ensure successful implementation and ongoing client success.
