We are currently seeking several representatives to join our call center team. Successful representatives typically have strong communication and time management skills, stay organized, and can handle multiple tasks at once.

Our training program is designed to help you succeed. We will guide you through navigating multiple desktop windows and tabs, strengthen your problem-solving skills, and build the confidence you need to become a successful collector. If you are willing to put in the effort, we will multiply your skills. We can’t coach desire, but we can coach everything else. Position Details

Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (NO weekends)
Environment:
In-person, office-based role
Compensation:
$20 Hourly pay
WITH production-based bonuses that can be earned on a monthly basis, the average being anywhere between $3000-$5000. ( 85-90% of our employees earn a monthly bonus.)
