Job Description:
Executive Financial Leadership: Direct global financial operations, budget planning, long-range forecasting, and financial modeling to drive business growth and profitability.

Accounting & Compliance: Oversee revenue recognition, corporate tax compliance, external audits, and general ledger operations in accordance with GAAP/IFRS standards.

Capital & Cash Flow Management: Manage working capital, cash flow forecasting, treasury operations, and investor/banking relationships.

Operational & Strategic FP&A: Partner with executive leadership to evaluate pricing strategies, SaaS/software revenue metrics, commercial contracts, and international expansion opportunities.

Internal Controls & ERP Management: Strengthen internal financial controls, risk management frameworks, and financial systems/ERP reporting infrastructure.
