Part-Time Finance Specialist, Cash Application

Prepare and analyze financial reports to inform strategic decisions. Manage budgeting processes and forecast financial performance. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

Collaborate with other departments to optimize financial operations. Supervise and mentor the finance team to enhance their skills. Implement financial systems and processes for efficiency. Assist in grant management and funding proposals.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
~5+ years of experience in finance and bookkeeping roles.
~ Strong knowledge of accounting software and financial regulations.
~ Experience in non-profit finance is a plus.
~ Proficient in TOAST, QuickBooks, Excel, and other financial tools
